Notify us immediately
As soon as you become aware of a loss or potential loss, let us know. Early notification allows us to act quickly, to protect your position and to manage the claim effectively from the outset.
Protect the position
Contact the local claim agent. Record any damage on the delivery documents, notify the carrier in writing without delay, and retain the damaged goods until further notice.
Open and structure the file
We open your claim immediately and identify which documentation and further actions are required to keep the process moving.
Coordinate all parties
We maintain clear communication with surveyors, carriers, Underwriters and every other party involved. We keep actions aligned to ensure a smooth handling of your claim.
We present and defend
We submit your claim and defend your interests towards Underwriters, arranging swift settlement of your loss upon receipt of their approval.
Recovery
Where recovery is possible, we pursue the responsible carriers or other parties to protect your position loss history and maximize the outcome.
